These terms govern your use of the Zadrah website and customer panel at zadrah.com. By creating an account or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
The service
Through the panel you can submit freight requests, receive quotes, follow the status of your shipments and contact our team. The actual transport of goods is governed by the agreement and shipping documents issued for each shipment.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid until the date stated on them. A shipment is confirmed only after you accept the quote and our team confirms it. Prices may change if the cargo details differ from your request.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your cargo, origin and destination.
- Do not request transport of prohibited, illegal or undeclared dangerous goods.
- Keep access to your email account secure, as it is used to sign in.
Account suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service or provide false information.
Liability
The status information shown in the panel is provided for convenience and may be updated with some delay. Our liability for each shipment is defined in the shipping agreement and documents for that shipment.
Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version is always available on this page.
