• Profile details you choose to provide: name, phone number and company name.
• Shipment requests: origin, destination, cargo details and related notes.
• Support chat: messages, images and documents you send to our team.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
• To prepare quotes, handle your shipments and show their status.
• To communicate with you about your requests and provide support.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Google sign-in

If you use "Sign in with Google", we only receive your basic profile (name, email address and profile picture). We use it solely to identify your account. We do not access any other Google data.

Storage and service providers

Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for database and file storage, hosted in the European Union, and Vercel for website hosting). Sign-in codes are delivered by email through Resend. These providers process data only on our behalf.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Retention and your rights

We keep your information while your account is active or as needed for our shipping and legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
